Questa è la strana modernità della nostra epoca. Contrariamente agli schiavi dell’antichità, ai servi del Medioevo o agli operai delle prime rivoluzioni industriali, oggi siamo di fronte ad una classe totalmente asservita ma che non sa di esserlo, anzi, che non vuole saperlo.
Ignorano quindi la ribellione, che dovrebbe essere l’unica reazione legittima degli oppressi. Accettano senza fiatare la vita pietosa che è stata decisa per loro. La rinuncia e la rassegnazione sono le cause della loro disgrazia.
Questo è il brutto sogno degli schiavi moderni che non chiedono, in definitiva, che di lasciarsi andare nella danza macabra del sistema dell’alienazione.
