Finalmente sei mia!
Da quell’estate del 1997 in cui entrai nel concessionario Moto Guzzi di San Benedetto del Tronto sei stata il mio pallino fisso (motoristicamente parlando). Quel giorno riportai a casa la brochure che, nonostante fosse di cartoncino, luccicava per le tante cromature raffigurate e mi dissi: “un giorno sarai mia”. Ora questo sogno si è avverato! La settimana scorsa la brochure, che ancora giaceva luccicante nel fondo del cassetto della mia scrivania, si è materializzata in tutti i suoi 260kg di potenza. Ci tengo subito a dire che una persona in particolare ha reso possibile tutto questo … la mia amata Patrizia!
Con lei ho ovviamente fatto il mio primo giretto (San Benedetto – Norcia – Cascia - Roccaporena) nel giorno del suo compleanno …ed è stato speciale.
Siamo partiti con il cielo che minacciava pioggia ed infatti all’altezza di Ascoli qualche goccia è caduta giù ma, visto che eravamo su una Guzzi, non è stato un problema e quindi, grazie allo straordinario confort di questa moto, abbiamo tirato dritto fino alla meta senza fatica.
I luoghi visitati sono stati per me una scoperta (“la spiritualità” che ho respirato a Roccaporena)
e una triste conferma (“la mercificazione di un culto” a Cascia) ma d’altro canto non potevo aspettarmi una cosa differente da questa Chiesa che usa i Santi come fonte di reddito e non come modello da indicare. Pazienza
